The Poetry of an Image

Every fragment of daydreaming and memory that remains captive in the mind and soul is translated into a work of art of a distinct poetry, for this defines the artist: the poetry of the image stripped of superfluous details, possessing genuine qualities, a narrative flow that overflows abundantly and reveals itself with an overwhelming, fresh, and unadorned sincerity, as well as a power of synthesis, an elaborate and cultivated stylistics, using seemingly simple means that are yet so difficult to express.
